I set the locks to open on a set combination which can only be got by answering the questions. The quickest team to get the combination win. This activity generates great fun in class and is worth the investment in a set of cheap combi locks. Answer sheet included.

I use it as a paired activity, though could be individual, it gets learners writing probability as fractions and then changing them to decimals, also reinforces that the chance of something happening only ranges from 0 to 1.
