LO: To explore how paint can create different effects Slides with success criteria, an exploration task, a video from Kapow to explain the different techniques, guided task on how to create the different effects and plenary discussion questions. Resources needed: paper, sketchbook, paint, palettes, water pots, spatulas, cotton buds, sponges, sand. Can be a stand alone lesson or a good preparation lesson for another art piece.
