This phonics sorting game is an ideal learning resource for children to work on independently or as a paired activity. There are 48 real and nonsense words on flashcards to sort and place on the correct monster - Grib or Grub. Your little learners will have to use their decoding skills to work out nonsense words, whilst many may begin to recognise real words by sight as they practice more often.This is a great way to encourage them to practice their reading skills whilst having fun along the way!
