47X revision cards. These cards name poetic terms and devices that are useful for students to know whilst studying poetry. Each card features the poetic name or term and the definition. Some cards also feature pictures and examples. Three sheets will be provided and each sheet contains 16 cards that are in alphabetical order. Can be cut out and used as revision cards or used as a revision guide

Email Writing booklet. The learner has three email writing tasks to complete. This booklet would suit L1 and L2 learners.

A fun Easter game. These cards can be used in a number of different games: Charades - a word guessing game. The learner picks a card and acts out each syllable of the word while the rest of the learners guess the word Flashcards Match the pair game. Print out two copies of the cards. 2 X Worksheets An A3 PDF Revision Sheet. A resource to use as your class reads through the novel. After each chapter, get your learners to write a short summary of that chapter. They can also note down any characters that are featured / mentioned in the novel. This can be useful for when learners need to revise the novel and its key scenes. An A4 PDF Task Sheet A resource to help learners can identify and analyse the different characters as they read through the novel. They can write down a description of the character and their personality traits.

3 X A4 Easter themed games. These Easter themed games have answer sheets provided. The can be used as a lesson filler or as a fun end of term activity.

An English Reading Comprehension Skimming & Scanning Activity. This would be ideal for E3 Functional Skills learners and pupils in the KS3 & KS4 age groups. Based on the topic of Black Lives Matters , learners will read a source document before answering 8 skimming and scanning questions based on the source document. Answers are provided so learners can self mark.

A 31 page activity booklet which will help learners improve their descriptive writing. Each activity contains a colourful,detailed image that can to be used as stimuli for descriptive writing. There is a starter task that will ask the learner four questions that will help them in planning/ writing their descriptive piece. There are 14 other activities to complete.

This is a Functional Skills practice test / activity booklet. To make this fun for my class I based the activities on a conspiracy theory: the flat Earth theory. The first task is a practice test with ten questions ( answers are provided). These are similar questions to what they may be asked on their reading exam. Students will read a source document which includes information on the flat Earth theory. The second activity is a writing task and the learner will be asked to write an article for their collage magazine. They will write an article that informs people about this theory and also will give their own views on the subject. The last activity is a speaking and listening activity, where the learner will prepare and take part in a group debate based on this topic. This is good practice for their upcoming exam.

This is a worksheet that is designed to be used alongside the play DNA. The learner will pick one of the characters from the play and create a Facebook profile for that character. They will fill in all of the information that they know about them from the play and add other additional information of their own. They will also write a status that sums up what that character is feeling at the end of each act in the play. A fun character analysis activity.

This is a 5 page booklet where the learner will read two source documents on the following subject: fur farming. They will answer a compare and contrast assessment and will plan their answer by using a Venn Diagram. They will then answer the question which will be worth 3 marks on their exam.
