Eighteen reading comprehension activities linked to the book Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Each chapter has a separate comprehension activity that includes 20 questions working on different skills as well as also having the answers included separately.

Five lessons that focus on being able to calculate the area of quadrilaterals and compound shapes. Included is: A fully-resourced double lesson that focuses on the objective of finding the area of quadrilaterals, with a particular focus on squares and rectangles. Included in the resource is: A double lesson PowerPoint that includes an arithmetic starter for each lesson, key vocabulary and areas to model and discuss as well as then having some guided practice for children to work through to check their understanding.
