Dans mon sac j'ai.../dans mon sac il y a....

Revision worksheet to revise the expressions - 'Qu'est-ce que tu as dans ton sac' OR 'Qu'est-ce qu'il y a dans ton sac?' To make it a game I gave my children 5 mins to draw and name as many objects or animals as they could. They were to name nouns in the plural form as well as in the singular from. When the time was up, they worked in pairs, asking each other what they had or what there was in their bag. They replied with either 'Dans mon sac j'ia...' or 'Dans mon sac il y a .'.

Children could start their sentence with 'Dans l&'image numéro un ............ mais dans l&';image numéro deux ........ for example: 'Dans l&'image numéro un il fait beau mais dans image numéro deux il y a des nuages. Please take the time to comment. Your feedback is much appreciated. Joyeuses Pâques à tous...

'High Street&' scene of shops and buildings in a town. Questions ask &';where is...?' Simple &'gap-fill&'; exercise to practice the use of du/de la and de l' when using the propositions: à côté de/près de and en face de. Worksheet also uses the preposition &'entre&';. The final question has been left blank fot the students to fill in and give an answer. I found this to be useful for reinforcing town vocabulary together with prepositions.
