El presente continuo - Spanish present continuous

Ppt presentation I created to teach the present continuous for KS4 students, however it can be easily adapted to any ability group due to the nature of the activities.

it provides an explanation of what it is (uses), time indicators, formation (endings) and main irregular forms.
It then includes 5 different activities: 2 controlled practice activities (translation); 2 guided practice activities (building sentences from an image and sentence completion (differentiated) and 1 freer practice activity (students to think creatively and build sentences using the present continuous based on stimuli dice; it allows them to produce different outcomes, as it’s an open-ended activity). Answers, where applicable, are included.
