This is a great self-reflection workbook that can be utilized in its entirety or as separate activity worksheets. There is a total of 16 pages which encourages self reflection around the students level of anxiety level and introduces the concept of concurrent emotions (i.e.: that one emotion can exist with others). This resource primarily focuses on anxiety and worried but also explores the following emotions which exist concurrently. These include: anger, disgust, disappointment, excitement, furious, tired, scared, nervous, lonely, innocent, confused, embarrassed, happy, frustrated, worried, sad, shocked, surprised, proud, irritated. There are a total of 16 worksheets which each one explores a social/emotional trigger for anxiety. For example, public speaking or trying something new.
