I have produced a full range of theory lessons to support the AQA design technology GCSE 9-1. There are 40 lessons that are taught one a week throughout Y10 (listed below). This project is a short 5 lesson introduction to metal turning and screw threading. Students are required to carry out some anthropometric reasearch and produce a prototype, before manufacturing it a metal lathe.
