It covers decomposition, ammonification, nitrogen fixation, nitrification, differences in normal soil and water logged soil, finishing with leaching and eutrophication. The 3 pages of nitrogen cycle questions can be used as a starter, plenary or a homework. I have used as quick revision. (Answers are included) The help sheet shows a typical revision card for students which you can show and either use, or get them to make one of their own.

This resource contains 2 popular sheets I use with my KS3 students to teach them about the "Burning triangle". The second sheet can be used as a homework, extension, revision or as a class test. I also used it with my SEN class and GCSE Foundation students who found they could access the material because it is colourful, easy to read, and some fill in the gaps gives differentiation.

I have used them with KS3 classes and with GCSE SEN/Foundation classes, as easy to follow, understand and complete. Sheets can be stuck into their books at the end of the lesson.

These can be printed individually as A4 /A3 sheets to be used in various lessons as starters, plenaries or home works. I used these with my Triple group as revision tools. The students loved them and many used them as part of their revision.
