These 5 worksheets were developed for low ability / SEN students to understand crude oil formation and hydrocarbons. There are story boards (formation of crude oil), and easy worksheets with "fill in the gaps" . These worked brilliantly with my low ability BTec group, but I also used them as starters and plenarys for my Foundation GCSE Chemistry group. Fun and easy to follow and complete. Bundle of 20 quizzes which I used in Form time for team building and just for a fun activity. They do not have to be used in form time they can be used for end of term activities or just in class for fun. The topics range from random to space, geography, physics, biology, science , chocolate and cars. All questions are made up of weird facts they probably wont know but are really fun. My students loved them and we kept score all term and prizes at the end for the teams who got the highest marks.

I put these sheets together to work through how to calculate SD, SE and Student T-Test for my A level Biologists. It is an easy to follow format and can then be used to answer the questions attached. Individual class packs for the statistical tests (SD, SE and Student t test) follow on from the helpsheet. Can be set in class or for homework. I also use them as a review before the exams. My biologists found it very straight forward, easy to follow and then went on to ace their stats questions. Hope it could be helpful to others.
