This is a lesson I have created for module 5 (Ciudades) - Unidad 4 - Los pros y los contras de la ciudad. We use Edexcel in my school but I am sure it can be useful for AQA or easily adapted. This lesson includes: A starter task that focus on different things items of clothing and different faults (a hole, a stain… - from unit 3). New vocab: introduction some new vocab about the for and against of living in a city. A variety of activities (vocab, translation, reading, etc).- Retrieval practice activity (focus on three tenses (past, present, future - conjugation and translation activity) Homework. All answers included and embedded in Power Point. The document is a Power Point file and completely editable. *Please note that file sounds must be purchased from the exam board and that I cannot provide them.

This is a lesson I have created for Dynamo 3 - Module 4 (Le meilleur des mondes), lesson for unit 3 (Est-ce que tu manges de la viande?). This is aimed at a mixed-low ability group. In this lesson students learn about different eating habits and using negative sentences in French. This is a lesson I have created for the textbook Dynamo 2 (vert), Module 1, Unit 4 (Tu es allé où?). In this lesson students learn about: Talking about a special holiday in detail Using the perfect tense of the verb aller (to go) The lesson includes a starter task and a variety of activities (listening, genuine reading, translation, etc). There is some grammar work but since this is a lesson for a mixed-low ability class I have not included a lot of information to keep things easy. We are only using the I form of the verbs in the perfect tense. ***Please note that I am not a French native speaker and my knowledge of French is intermediate. This is a lesson I have created for module 7, unit 2 (Mis prácticas laborales). We use Edexcel in my school but I am sure it can be useful for AQA or easily adapted. As I wanted to cover a variety of things for this particular unit, I split it in two lessons, and they include: An overview of what we will be studying every lesson of M7 A starter task (x2) A variety of activities (vocab, reading, listening, etc). A sentence builder to talk about work experience Translation activities (both ways) writing task with instructions and steps to section their writing task (I advice them to use 4 different steps - see picture). Preterite and imperfect (explanation and activities) Homework (x2) All answers included and embedded in Power Point. The document is a Power Point file and completely editable. IMPORTANT: please be aware that this is a lesson to use alongside the textbook. All activities are my own creation based on the vocab of the higher textbook (pages 158-159).
