These Lesson PowerPoints have been adapted from resources that have already been shared by the TES community. These two lessons form part of the Transition Unit that the teachers across Tameside LA are sharing with each other for the benefit of the pupils moving from year 6 to 7. These lessons are a sample of those being used on the "transition taster" lessons when pupils go to the secondary schools for their experience days.
