Description: Each Jeopardy PowerPoint Game Slideshow can be played with 8 players or 8 teams. All games have one topic with 6 task categories; What’s in the Photo? Answer the Question, True or False, Fill in the Blank, Multiple Choice and Spot the Error. Every game includes Regular Jeopardy, Double Jeopardy, The Daily Double and Final Jeopardy, for a total of 61 different tasks with answers, automatic or manual scoring and a colored timer bar. All 126 slides are also animated with Jeopardy sounds! How to Use It: 1st: Adjust the Countdown Timer to 30. This will give 30 seconds for the student to answer. The game can be played with three individuals or three groups. Students will take turns picking a category and dollar amount. The click on “Board” to return to the game. To skip viewing the correct responses all together, check the box below Click “Adj Scores” from the board to manually change scores if a mistake was made. 6th: If time permits you can move on to Double Jeopardy after completing the first board by clicking “go double” in the upper right-hand corner of the board. Description: This 48-page grammar unit is part of a five-semester course.  The unit is split into two sections.  One for students and one for teachers. The student section has 24 pages which contain a front cover page, an index, a structure and use page which explains positive statements, negative statements, contractions, yes/no questions, short answers, information questions and long answers. Each unit uses the same 35 to 60 core words or phrases in all of the activities.  This was done intentionally in order to give students a solid base on which to build their language experience. Next, there are three exercise pages which include 10-photo, multiple choice, fill-in-the missing words, correct or incorrect, spot the error and discussion questions for a total of 60 questions. It has three more pages which include a reading section, a conversation section, and a writing section. The following pages include answer keys for the three exercise pages, the reading, conversation and writing pages, the crossword puzzle, the missing word worksheet, the scrambled sentences worksheet and the word search worksheet. Next, the section includes four pages which have 36 flash or playing cards. Finally, the teacher units have a multiple-choice exam and a blank answer sheet along with answer keys for both.  The unit finishes with a back cover. How to Use the Unit:  Students will follow the directions and perform the tasks for each activity. Teachers will use the answer keys, cards and exam to instruct and correct their students. The unit can be printed and handed out to students in the class. The unit also works great for extra homework practice, extra credit or material for substitute teachers. It should however, work on all PC compatible software even if you have a different version of Office. If you have trouble opening this template on a different version, let us know. We will try to send you a version compatible copy. Save the original template in a save place. Never alter it in any way. Make a second copy of the template with a different title before you open it and make any changes. The Kooky Class template has a total of forty-nine slides. Slide one is the introductory slide. Replace the word “Topic” at the top with the title of your game. The game instructions are on slide two. Slide three is the “Game Board” slide. Do not edit or move anything on this slide. If you do the game will not function properly. There is a link to the directions and to the winner’s celebration on the game board. Do not make any alterations to these either. Slides four through thirty-nine are the thirty-six “Character Questions” or multiple-choice question slides. Paste or type in your question over the “/” symbol. There are three answer options, “a”, “b”, and “c”. Two of them are the incorrect answers. The correct answer must be pasted or typed next to the letter with an additional “c” for correct. Make sure to delete the additional letter “c” after putting in your answer. Each of the answer options is linked to either the “continue playing” slide (the correct answer) or the “wait for another clue” slide (the incorrect answer) so the answer order is very important! Slide 40 is the reward or field goal spinner, slide 41 is the receive your reward slide, slide 42 is the punishment or detention spinner, 43 is the receive your punishment slide, slide 45 is the you get a punishment or incorrect answer slide, slide 47 is the you get a reward or correct answer slide, and slide 48 is the winner celebration slide. Do nothing with any of these slides. Slides 44 & 46 appear to be blank. They are links to the following slides. They are there for formatting reasons and must not be moved, removed or edited in any way. In a nutshell, all you have to do is paste in your title on the first slide then paste in your questions and answers on the appropriate slides.
