The worksheet includes a brief description of Frida’s life (fill in the gaps for students) and a short reading comprehension. I would use it with years 9-11.
This is an A Level vocabulary list based on the second topic in theme 1 (Edexcel specification). It is not a long one, just a few words divided in three categories: adjectives, nouns and verbs. There are also some translations into English and into Spanish so that students can put those words into practice.
It can be used as homework or as support for less able or disorganised students.
It can be used with students in Years 9, 10 or 11, depending on their level.
If used with Year 11 students, Foundation classes would benefit more as it may be too easy for Higher groups (although good revision for them).
There are six questions and it focuses on the use of adjectives when giving opinions or describing.
Worksheet exploring benefits of four-day workweek.
Answers provided.
