This is a bundle of documents to do the role play assignment for learning aim B, component 2. These are based on two role play scenarios where the case studies are included. If you have bought my learning Aim A resources it follows on from the assignment there but can be used without doing the previous two clients. Included is a structured writing frame for you to provide feedback and a comment bank to speed the process up. Each value has a role play scenario to work with. Note- the two scenarios are based on ‘Change Point’ a multi-service center for obesity and a respite care home. Client needs are obesity and Down’s Syndrome.

In these lessons students learn about taking measurements such as pulse rate, blood pressure, peak flow and BMI. Single lesson on the impact of external factors on ethnic differences in educational achievement. Assumes some previous knowledge of external factors but designed to re-cap and build on this knowledge. Fits one hour lesson. Includes differentiated task, exam question and section of model answer.

A practice assessment question worth 12 marks for the new component 3 external assessment. This gives a case study and then a four and eight mark question based on the sample assessment materials provided. The question is based on Pip who has a learning disability.

Builds student understanding of what stress is and the strategies to overcome feeling stressed. Although assessment criteria meets component three, this would also be a suitable lesson for PSHE.
