The pack consists of cards to print off which children should complete, each card has different reading activities to complete getting harder as levels progress, includes reading both fiction and non-fiction texts. Could be used in conjunction with a display to move children up the rainbow and possibly a reward scheme for completing levels.

As part of our People Who Help Us Topic we staged a theft in the classroom. The students had to come up with a suspect list and interview them. I created this sheet to record their questions and the suspects responses.

This worksheet has stills from the Literacy Shed film 'The Planets'. There is a space next to each still for students to record their thoughts. I used the sheet for them to record descriptive words for each planet that they could use in a piece of descriptive writing.
