J'ai une passion pour le cinéma; mon acteur préféré; Studio 2 Rouge, Module 1, Unit 2

9 worksheets to give your students practice in reading and writing about their favourite actor and actress. The worksheets are excellent to set as in-class activities, extension tasks, to use as assessment tasks or to set as homeworks to reinforce what has been taught and practised in the lesson. They provide opportunities for students to write more accurately by adapting sentences for their own purpose. 3 ppts introduce key vocabulary, verbs and grammar (adjectival agreement) from unit 2, J'ai une passion pour le cinéma and practise skills similar to those on the accompanying worksheets. I made the 'shared' ppt. and uploaded it to the staff shared area for my students to do in one of the school's IT rooms. Some of the ppt slides have answers to the worksheet tasks and this is clearly signalled. This resource has been designed with attention to detail and is at least as nicely presented as any you might buy from a respectable publisher. Please don't be put off by the preview image which looks as though lines are missing from tables etc. This is not the case as the actual resource looks professional in appearance when downloaded. AQA GCSE French (new spec) Foundation Tier Reading - Les nouvelles technologies

(1)
Wanting more examples of specimen reading papers for the new AQA GCSE French spec, I decided to start writing my own. This first reading practice paper is based entirely on the subject of new technology and it comes with an answer template so that you can cut down massively on photocopying. I have also included an answer sheet. I set this paper as a test for my students after they had covered all the work in the 'Technology in everyday life' theme (see my bundle). This paper looks exactly like a real AQA Reading Paper and comprises 14 questions which are a mixture of Foundation and Higher Level. Please let me know what you think. I do plan to write more papers based on single topics as well as a mixture of topics like in the real exam.
