This lesson / resource is from Unit 1 - Understanding Business Activity and looks specifically at Business Plans . I normally teach this in Year 10 and it has been designed for GCSE with the following learning objectives: Know what a Business Plan is and why a person might write one. Understand what is required in writing a business plan and the features of one. Assess the problems a business might have if they do not have a business plan This download includes: Full lesson PowerPoint Round robin / search type activity Lesson plan All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and this links back to earlier topics (enterprise / Entrepreneurs and Added Value) and also to later topics such as Legal Structures / Marketing. This lesson is one of a series (scheme of work) to teach Introduction to Motivation. This lesson has been especially designed for GCSE Business Studies. ⠀ This lesson is intended to introduce motivation as a concept (benefits of having motivated and consequences of having demotivated staff) and then introduces Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
