This resource is a great way of randomly choosing a student from your class, you can either use it as a standalone presentation or paste the slides into your actual lessons!
Most of my resources are for Business or Computing Related Topics but this activity can be used from any subject!
With provision for student names in classes of 10/16/20 and 30 students on a wheel that can be spun and stopped randomly to choose a random student.

Ten Different scenarios to analyse by students to look at Sources of Finance: What Factors need to be considered. Can be used as a full class discussion / group and pairwork / pinned up around the room or given as homework.
This resource is aimed at Year 12/13 so is perfect for A Level and IB Diploma. I have another resource with much simpler resources for GCSE students.
Task: For each of the different business scenarios, decide what type of finance the business in question should use and why.
There might be more than one appropriate source of finance - you could decide on a combination but make sure you explain why you have decided on those choices.
The situations are varied and all of them based upon earlier aspects of the Business Studies Curriculum to reinforce prior learning.

This lesson / resource is an Introduction to Cash Flow Forecasts with the following learning objectives and been designed for GCSE Business Studies. This lesson covers all the basics of Cash Flow Forecasting and inflows / outflows. Use this template of a Cashflow Forecast to show the effects of inflows and outflows on Net Cashflow and therefore on Opening and Closing Balances.I normally use this with students so that they can practice creating their own scenarios and check their maths is correct. They can also see the possible knock on consequences of making a mistake,
Students have to come up with 9 factors and then have to arrange those factors in a diamond pattern arranged from most to least important (in their opinion).
This is an excellent activity for encouraging thinking and discussion in pairs or groups of three.

Students look at prices for a variety of goods and discuss what the price was in 1970. \n\nThey fill in the table with what they think the prices were and then discuss why prices may have changed paying particular attention to inflation
This is a full lesson on data transmission with all resources / activities. I use this for a double lesson of around 1 hour and 50 minutes and it provides a thorough understanding of simplex / duplex transmission and then goes on to look at serial / parallel transmission before finishing with odd and even parity bits and then parity blocks.
The Learning Objectives are:
Understand what is meant by transmission of data
Know the difference between serial and parallel data transmission
understand of the reasons for choosing serial or parallel data transmission
Know why it is necessary to check for errors
Understand how parity works to identify if an error has occurred / locate errors
