Three differentiated worksheets, suitable for Year 1 & 2 pupils. 1 - Storyboard sheet with pictures and lines underneath for able writers to write each part of the story. 2 - Storyboard sheet with pictures and parts of the story with gaps for pupils to fill in. 3 - Complete storyboard in the wrong order for less able pupils to cut out and sequence.

I decided to make the most of the Pokemon Go obsession in my Year 3 class by making these worksheets as part of a unit on symmetry. They could also be used with able Year 2 or less able Year 4 children. I differentiated the task for three ability groups as described below (all 3 versions are included!): LA - Children must decide which pokemon are symmetrical or asymmetrical, and draw one line of symmetry through the symmetrical ones. MA - Pictures of different pokemon characters cut in half, so children can draw the missing half, making sure they remain symmetrical. HA - Asymmetrical pokemon cut in half and split apart - children then draw the missing halves to match the two separated original halves, which in turn creates two brand new symmetrical Pokemon (they really liked this idea, and had great fun trying to think of names for the new pairs of Pokemon they had created afterwards!).

Two different versions of a UK map labelling task, where pupils have to find (using an atlas or Google maps) each country of the United Kingdom and label them, and (more able) find and label each of the four capital cities. I have also included an A4 sheet with the four flags, which could be enlarged or used for display.

Maths word problems I wrote for my Year 3 class to practise for tests. There are 2 pages for each group, each with word problems needing a range of different Year 3 maths skills. We are doing a pond/rock pool topic at the moment, so the questions are all about a fisherman called Fred! The questions are differentiated for 3 different levels (The wording of the questions is simplified slightly for the lower ability. All three levels are differentiated by the difficulty of numbers used, whether carrying is needed, etc). Lower ability sheet would also suit Year 2, and higher ability sheet would suit less able Year 4 pupils.

Two versions of a labelling task to consolidate the learning of vocabulary for parts of the body in Welsh. There are pictures with spaces to either cut-and-stick the labels provided, or for more able pupils to write the vocabulary in themselves.

Two worksheets for identifying and sequencing days of the week. One is a matching exercise where pupils match the days of the week to activities they do during the week. The other has the days of the week in a jumbled order, and pupils have to identify 'yesterday' and 'tomorrow' for each of the days of the week.

Simple differentiated (3 levels) worksheets where pupils have to read temperatures on thermometers, and also calculate simple changes in temperature (e.g 3 degree warmer, etc). The scales on the thermometers are blank, so they can be differentiated or edited depending on pupils' ability. I printed copies for my class, then wrote on my own scales and shaded the temperature levels, before photocopying, to ensure accurate differentiation for my class.

Based on our current rainforest topic, I created these 3 differentiated versions of a multi-step money problem. The 'tribe' makes items to sell to raise money for the village. Each worksheet has a table showing how much each item was sold for, and how many they sold. Pupils must multiply to find the total for each item, then an overall total, before completing a subtraction sum at the end to work out how much more the tribe need to reach their target. The three levels are differentiated by the difficulty of the numbers used, but the format of the task is the same.

Differentiated worksheets for three ability groups, made for Year 3, but adaptable. There is a sheet of addition and a sheet of subtraction for each group. I printed them back-to-back and sent them out for homework after doing a few lessons on both, but they could be used separately too to introduce or consolidate the concept. There is also a QR code on the top of the sheet which links to a really useful youtube video that demonstrates the method very simply - great for parents who needed to understand the method we used so that they could work with their children at home!

Reading comprehension created based on player ratings of Wales players, differentiated for three ability levels with varying levels of questions, complexity of text and font size. Suitable for Year 3/4 or less able upper KS2 pupils.

Two differentiated worksheets; one has o'clock times, and the other has o'clock and half past times, both with analogue clock face displays which pupils complete to match with the times written in word form. Both worksheets have a firefighter theme, asking pupils to complete a timetable to help the firefighters get all their jobs done at the right times during the day.

Differentiated worksheet using weather forecast symbols to practise Welsh weather vocabulary. Also included are a few display materials, using the same weather symbols and weather vocabulary to form part of a classroom Welsh display, which could also be laminated and used as flashcards to rehearse the vocabulary in a Welsh lesson.

Fact file worksheet for Year 3/4. My class used a combination of non-fiction books and internet research to find the necessary information to complete the sheet, which they then used as a plan to write their own non-chronological report, create a powerpoint presentation and finally a green screen video presentation about their chosen woodland animal.

Three differentiated versions of a digital time worksheet with a superhero theme. For each time there is a picture of a superhero doing an everyday chore (e.g. Batman brushing his teeth, Spiderman grocery shopping) and the time next to it in word form. Pupils have to complete the digital clock display to show the correct time. Three differentiated versions - o'clock times / o'clock & half past times / o'clock, half past, quarter past & quarter to times.

A variety of worksheets based on different fairy tales, such as 'The 3 little pigs', 'Cinderella' and 'Frozen'. Several literacy tasks including analysing characters from the stories, and writing a spell for the Fairy Godmother. Also included are a couple of worksheets for simple science experiments - one is a materials investigation based on 'The 3 little pigs' and the other is the 'Frozen Ice Bunnies' experiment, where we used rabbit-shaped sand moulds to create 'ice bunnies', which were assigned to 'Frozen' characters and placed in different places around the classroom on paper towels, then we measured how much they melted over time by measuring the patches of water on the paper towels.

A whole bundle of superhero-based resources, including differentiated poem and cartoon strip templates, fact files to create you own superhero or super villain, differentiated digital times worksheets, and a variety of other tasks including designing a cape and utility belt gadgets, and links to health eating by creating healthy superhero meals. A set of outdoor maths activity cards, which should be cut up and laminated for use outside. The cards have different mathematical tasks, including weighing, counting, sorting, addition, subtraction and shape, all using free outdoor resources (daisies, twigs, stones, etc). The cards feature clear, simple instructions, including pictures for less able pupils to be able to read them more independently. These cards could be used first in a whole class or group maths lesson, and then put into the outdoor provision for independent use.

A bundle of differentiated number bonds worksheets, focussing on making 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, with an emphasis on reversing bonds (e.g. 3+5=8 so 5+3=8).
