A group of Japanese science teachers who attended the ASE conference demonstrated how they teach molecular science by creating bubbles of different shapes, magnetism by placing a cylindrical magnet inside a steel spring, and how animals move by using origami cats. The aim was to persuade British teachers of the benefits of combining science and creativity.
