A long-running campaign by the Scottish Secondary Teachers’ Association to have acting assistant principal teachers paid the same as principal teachers takes another step next month at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.

Strathclyde’s successor authorities are to appeal against Lord Coulsfield’s judgment that an industrial tribunal was right to back the teachers’ case.
