Why Snow Means Discomfort For Teachers Going Into School This Week

Despite what, at times, seems to be popular belief, schools are very much open during this lockdown.

Key-worker and vulnerable children are in schools at much higher rates than in the first lockdown, which means that, as the snow arrived, school staff were having to find ways to keep warm during break times, PE lessons and even in classrooms.

1. It’s so cold even the children want to come back inside...

You need 2 jumpers, 2 coats, thermal leggings, hat, gloves and scarf.
Works for me every time and I have been a dinner lady for nearly 17 years!
