A pupil voice questionnaire that I used to gather views, feedback and be able to compare core subjects within out school. I have uploaded it as a word document so you can adapt for any subject you require. The questions reflect key issues that Ofsted with probably focus on. The results could be used to focus intervention/coaching, departmental development plans, evidence to Ofsted, sharing of good practice across departments etc.

<p>A set of questionnaires to be used with vulnerable, SEN and children at risk to address their barriers to learning. Questionnaires targets different questions about how the pupil feels about school. A resource to either be used independently or 1:1 with students to understand areas where they struggle, flourish and need extra support. <p>During preparations for their impending GCSE English exams, I created a pupil voice questionnaire in order for individuals to have the opportunity to share requests for revision resources - this way, the results could be used as a guide for the department staff, in their final lessons/revision sessions.</p>
