When to use the cards

The cards can be used for Spanish and English lessons, or as a movement break at any point during the day! Use at circle time, between sedentary tasks, free time or any time children would benefit from moving. These cards are fun for use during PE or in group/individual physical and occupational therapy. Use these cards to get the wiggles out, strengthen gross motor skills, improve concentration, and set up a positive learning environment for your preschool, young children and elementary aged learners.
