Quick and fun brain breaks and movement cards, movement break. Get the wiggles out, encourage motor skills and physical fitness, improve concentration and set up a positive learning environment for young children. For a quick wiggle break, each individual movement card can be completed in 60 seconds or under. For extra wiggly children, use 2 or 3 cards. This activity can be as short or long as you need! Alternatively, these brain break cards can be used for a longer movement session, transition activity or physical education / PE game. Adding movement to lessons as been shown to boost learning. Use these cards to improve your students focus and retention and have FUN! You will receive 36 cards. Simply print, cut and move! Cards can be laminated for durability. Try putting them into a bag or tub and let children take turns drawing one out. Alternatively, glue the individual tokens onto a popsicle stick and put them in a cup.
