By the end of the topic, students not only will be able to talk about what they do at break, but also they will be able to talk about what they do in lessons. A nice thing to do if you have curriculum time for it. Ppt starts introducing a range of phrases to talk about what you do at break, a reading activity, listening from the book, speaking and finally a closing writing paragraph. Then, vocab is introduced for things you do in class, many of them recycled from Module 2 (Viva 1). It contains a range of activities to practise all skills, vocab tests and homework ideas. There are some present tense (regular) verbs activities as well to provide some extra practice. This lesson is thus very teacher-led at the start, engaging students in a different range of activities which go at a fast and dynamic pace.
