I am currently studying Biochemistry at Oxford University. I studied OCR Biology, OCR Chemistry, AQA English Literature and Edexcel History. I achieved A*A*A*A* in my A Levels so I'm sharing my revision notes to help others achieve top marks. I achieved an A* in AQA A Level English Literature - here is a document with useful discourse markers (connectives usually) to throw into your essay to expand and develop your points continually. An English Essay is itself a discussion of ideas, linkings all your AOs (assessment objectives) together. Learn these and naturally use them in your essays to make your essay sound more academic and coherent. :)

I achieved an A* in AQA English Literature A Level - here is a table categorising 25 poems from Skirrid Hill into 50 different distinct and judicious themes. This is also perfect for the AQA Paper 2 exam: Literature in Modern Times.
