A template to support students with writing an evaluation answer using F.A.R.M.E.R.S. as a checklist after they have jotted down their ideas. The template includes steps and questions to support with structuring their arguments. I tell my students that ‘I’ is banned to try and encourage a higher level of writing and avoid phrases like ‘I think’ or ‘I agree’ etc. Let me know what you think! A book report template based on a facebook page. The page is created on the main character of the book and students add a 'status' regarding what happened in different parts of the story as well as the theme/ moral of the story. There are sections for students to add friends(other characters, locations, feelings/ activities and give a recommendation for the book. I use this as part of a book bingo where students must complete a book report to mark off the Bingo card and hopefully means that students can't just use the blurb to write the report and they will actually read the book!! My first planner design. A page a day planner sheet with two different styles that have a space for recording lesson summary, keep track of hydration, marking, meetings, after school activities and a box for to do lists/ follow ups. There is a page labelled 'A' and one as 'B' as we run a two week timetable. I have other colour and background combinations so if interested message me and I will add them

A simple sheet for students to keep track of their assessment results , exam skills and an opportunity to reflect on how they are doing with their topics/ unit of work.

A notice for students who do not seem to take care of their work, have poorly organised work, graffiti, incomplete work etc. Place them on 'Book Watch' Students are set a target to improve their work and the teacher reviews it each week. Students may be asked to redo work if it does not meet expectations. Feedback welcome on resources .

A short form to record notes from phone calls, emails or meetings with parents. I have found it very useful to keep track of and recall communication with parents. A logbook to keep track of interventions run for students not making expected progress. There are 12 suggestions for interventions with a section to review/ evaluate the impact they have had. Also included are an action plan form, Parent communication log, a student profile page and a blank interventions page to add and review your own strategies. UPDATED Dec 2016 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you ... (John 14:2-4) A worksheet designed as an application for a room in God's house. The outlines some of the main criteria for salvation. Students can use the set of applicant profile cards or they can use a famous person and decide whether they think Salvation would be granted. They must justify their reasons for their decision and write a response outlining their decision with support from religious teachings and quotes using the writing frames available. The class can then discuss the outcomes for the "applicants" This will help build their evaluation skills in deciding which teaching would be best. They have to record which denomination has granted or denied salvation. If you have run the activity with a class I would love to know how it went and any constructive feedback on the resource on how it could be improved further. Thank you!

A worksheet for students to complete on the Nature of God. Students fill in the different sections on God's qualities and use evidence to support. I have gathered some Bible quotes to use as evidence. e.g. Education: could be N/A as God is Omniscient e.g. Work Experience: Creator: created the Universe, Judge They need to complete the additional information section using Bible references/ quotes to support their statements on the nature of God. A worksheet where students answer key questions on the Trinity. e.g.Who are the three persons of God? and what do Christians believe about the three persons of God?
