A great classroom display and sorting activity that is perfect for introducing students to the some of the key events, legends and famous figures of the Aztec Empire of modern-day Mexico. There are 26 posters or task cards that include many of the key events including the migration of the Aztecs to the valley of Mexico; the rule of emperors Itzcoatl and Moctezuma; the arrival of Hernan Cortes and the Spanish conquistadors; and the creation of modern-day Mexico.
