A detailed and engaging lesson all about how Christianity ended up splitting into the many denominations it boasts today. The lesson sees students first explore the origins of Christianity and how Rome eventually brought the religion to the mainstream, then they will study the tree of denominations before getting stuck into group tasks which actively show how groups can split off from each other due to having different interpretations of scripture and the influence of leaders. They will then complete reflection tasks before a writing task summarising what they have learned as the plenary.
Pack includes : 1 hour PowerPoint, worksheets, clips, activities, differentiated fully KS3/4. The tasks are differentiated three ways throughout and everything is editable too.

General Election 2024- The Labour Party. A lesson all about who the Labour Party are, their values, their history, their leader, Keir Starmer, and their current policies. The lesson also introduces the concept of socialism.
The lesson is written from an extremely neutral and factual standpoint and a similar lesson covering the Conservative Party is to follow. This is perfect to cover two Citizenship lessons or a week of Tutor Time in the run up to the 2024 General Election.

Privacy and boundaries KS2 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson has been created for Year 3, however, the resource is suitable for use across KS2. In this lesson, the students will explore the concept of personal boundaries, both online and in real life. We will discuss oversharing and the things that we should keep to ourselves, whilst also reflecting on the importance of protecting our privacy online. The students will analyse a series of case studies, identify personal boundaries and discuss whether they have been broken. Caring for living things KS1 PSHE lesson.
A one-hour long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS1. This lesson has been created for Year 1, however, the activities are also suitable for students in Year 2, and could easily be adapted for use with older students.
In this lesson, the children will learn about the responsibilities associated with caring for living things. We will talk about ‘needs’ and reflect on the various things animals and plants must have if they are to survive. The students will read Don’t let them disappear by Chelsea Clinton, before completing a conservation poster activity linked to the text.
The lesson includes a case study starter, a story with accompanying questions, a set of case studies, a conservation poster activity and a plenary task. This lesson would also serve as a useful resource to celebrate ‘Earth Day’.

2 HOURS - a new lesson all about menstrual, gynaecological, reproductive health and fertility. Students will explore the factors that can lead to a decrease in fertility, in both males and females, before exploring the options for those trying to conceive. Students will investigate common reproductive issues such as polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. They will also discover how common lifestyle factors such as obesity and smoking can be tackled in an aim to improve fertility levels, as well as common treatments medical available in the UK.

Asking for help and advice PSHE lesson
1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 all about asking for help and advice on both matters which may seem trivial, but also following gut feelings when you feel someone could be in danger or being hurt. This lesson covers how to seek suitable help and advice online from trusted sites for young people, by calling suitable helplines or by asking appropriate adults
(as specified by the new 2020 PSHE Association Guidelines).
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.
