4 individual lesson plans. These plans are created for 60 minute lessons. The plans include learning objectives based around developing performance, knowledge and understanding.
The theme the first 4 sessions are around secret agents (James Bond etc) and were devised to work with a KS3 group. The fourth lesson has a focus for Break Dancing.

A resource for delivering Key Stage 4 Badminton. The lessons take a Sport Education focus to them with the aim of promoting the students to be more independent in the sessions and promoting them managing their own efforts.
The resource has five very detailed individual lesson plans. Once the first five lessons have been delivered the format can be maintained for the rest of a term with the students becoming ingrained in the processes involved in the sessions such as setting up the equipment, sharing court time and refereeing. A swimming assessment framework for weak and non-confident swimmers. The assessment framework has been split into 5 stages that act as stepping stones for developing pupils water confidence.
Upon completion of Stage 5 pupils would progress to the Swim England ‘Learn to Swim Stage 1’. Therefore this resource is a ‘pre-Swimming strokes’ swimming assessment toolkit. This resource would work well for teachers of pupils with SEN and primary school teachers who have pupils with low water confidence.

This resource has been made for teaching assistants working with weaker swimmers within a whole group set-up. The plans are two individuals lesson. One lesson is aimed at a student with a fear of submerging their head under water and working around this to develop their water confidence.

This resource is a unit of work around fitness testing and training. It includes 6 lesson plans that introduces pupils to the theory behind fitness testing and training. There is also a module overview to help guide teachers for target setting.

This resource is a lesson plan for an adapted SEN Team Game: Bashball.
Bashball is essentially Rounders but without the bat or hard ball. Instead Bashball encourages the ‘basher’ to either kick or throw softer balls (e.g. size 4 football) from the ‘Basher spot’. Bashball can happen indoors or outdoors and works well for pupils who may find team sports or ball games difficult.
