Raúf • The girl from Journey by Aaron Becker • Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell • Christophe from Christophe’s Story by Nicki Cornwell These exemplar character descriptions are perfect to use as WAGOLLs during World Book Day celebrations or during guided reading and literacy lessons. The model character profiles come with feature identification worksheets for children to fill in, plus answer sheets that can be uploaded for remote learning or shared in class. After identifying the features of the text, pupils can write their own character descriptions of characters from a book of choice using the Character Profile Templates (also included).
