It covers the basics: - The role of the PM - Past PM's and task - What is a constituency? - Example of constituency - The different British main political parties and task - First past the post and proportional voting systems - The different Secretaries of State - Task on the political hierarchy

This resource explains the requirements for all of the questions in the new GCSE exam for component 2 Entertainment & Leisure c500 – present day but can be easily adapted for all the other component 2 units like the Crime and Punishment. The flashcards and posters give advice on answering the question and look at other example questions. Includes 9 flashcards (just print off on card and cut into four) for students to be given for revision. This is a 45 slide quiz focused solely on the topic of the USA 1910-1929 - designed to make students think about their answers! There are four rounds: Round 1 - What’s the connection? Round 2 - What come’s fourth? Round 3 - Missing vowels for keywords Round 4 - Word Wall Can be played as a whole class or for individual revision testing.

A set of 56 flashcards based on all the key content on the spec - giving pupils the key information they need to revise. Knowledge based only they contain the key content from the spec in easy to learn bullet points. Included the historical site of Blackpool. I photocopied the flashcards onto card and cut the pages in half. Each A4 page contains two flashcards.

41 pages of practise questions and answers for all five questions in the Germany exam. Answers are written mostly in bullet points and give key points to help students learn the answers to the questions. The questions cover a variety of topics from the spec, Includes comments on questions 2 and 3 which deal with ‘how far’ (change) and prioritising events in order of importance for question 3.

This is an A3 two sided knowledge organiser for the Germany 1919-1991 unit for WJEC / EDUQAS GCSE History course. It covers all the main points from all of the key questions in an easy to read, visual design. It was designed to help make the topic more accessible for middle and lower attaining students who struggle with seperate knowledge organisers. Side 1 - All the main points for each of the key questions 1-6 Side 2 - Key question 7 and advice on how to answer each exam question To make the best of the resource, you should print in colour on A3 (already formatted for A3 printing) on both sides. Mine are laminated as well to use in class.

Using the format for the exam these are two mock papers (unofficial) made up for student assessment. Can be used for a mock, end of topic exam or just revision.

These lessons are retrieval based and are used in conjunction with the knowledge organiser included. This is a 44 page work booklet based on the AQA course textbooks on The Tudors 1485-1603 published by Hodder. The booklet follows Section 2: Part 1: Chapter 5 on the reigns of Edward and Mary. Each page has tasks based on the information given, for example, making specific notes answering key questions examining extracts based on the exam question stem practice essay completing tables revising some relevant knowledge spider diagram and mind maps learning key words and key terms At the end of the booklet is an interpretations question with mark scheme and an essay question with mark scheme.
