I compiled this from the different company websites to give students an introduction and overview of their work and style, as an intro to DP theatre. A scheme of work which introduces students to the work of Bertolt Brecht and examines and explores the connections with the world of Silent Film and how Brecht was influenced by Charlie Chaplin. The unit culminates in students creating their own silent films which combine traditional techniques and those of Epic Theatre.
