Put together as a revision tool for my upper 6.
6 pages of short answer questions on all the bitty bits of the YEAR 2/ALEVEL spec which can be easily forgotten about.
each question has a theory which allows student check they know that exact theory.
each theory has a context in the question to practice application.
if used in class can they be used for evaluation by adding it depends…
revision resource that worked really well for the AQA spec focusing on helping students identify the “it depends on” so that students analysis is applied to the context and debates the situations where the concept may be more or less important/effective/a good way.

All the concepts for the Year 2 of AQA business spec blank so definitions can be filled in…
Then a box for contexts to help students with contexualised analysis. Students to fill in in which situations / cases very important or useful vs less so.

Lots of recent strategy stories..can be used for plotting/discussion
then explanation of the model and an activity that helps question the idea of risk...traditionally but even in strategies the level of risk differ according to the context/situation .. so it depends on factors..
Another cut out Kineasthetic activity which helps with this... & is better than the stories as saves time and gets them moving things around the matrix..

Structured Activity: Also put onto different sheets of paper and at the end of each ask them would they buy shares/invest in Snapchat if they could.. or could use just as powerpoint slides) . could break up around the class (one per pair get them to read out and discuss why it matters; if they would or would not invest because of X and why)
then link this to depends on which type of shareholder you are.. link to Short term and long term investors.
then look at why shareholders matter (sports-direct page has them influencing decisions)
before leading onto so shareholders are interested in share prices.. so what affects these..(ipo and now share price activity and then famous companies with changing share prices)
