From my own experiences as a language practitioner, children really enjoy playing battleships and it is an excellent way of practising French vocabulary and grammar. This pack contains the following eight board games: - Dates - Intransitive verbs (etre verbs) - Transitive and intransitive verbs (mixture of avoir and etre verbs) - Verbs that are followed by the preposition 'a' (Excellent for AS French) - Verbs that are followed by the preposition 'de' (Excellent for AS French) - Telling the time - Expressions with avoir (Excellent for IGCSE French) - Countries and languages - Different coloured cut out ships are also available with every individual board game with instructions.
