Application of how movement or stability is produced as a result of these different contractions/muscular actions during physical activity and sporting movements. 1.1.3 The concept of agonist, prime mover, antagonist, fixator, synergist and how a muscle can take on these different roles when providing stability or movement in a variety of physical or sporting situations.
