This is a booklet of activities I have created for my Year 7/8 Spanish class. I have used it for cover as it is quite self explanatory and includes lots of activities and the vocab. This resource includes: -> 20 activities -> A variety of activities (word search, crossword, colouring, translation, vocab activities, …) -> The first page has the vocab with all the animals they’ll need to know in Spanish/English. -> I have uploaded the booklet in PDF (to use preferably) but also in Publisher so it can be modified (although some of the fonts I use might disappear). This is a knowledge organiser I have created for my A-Levels students on the topic of family. We use Edexcel and we study this topic only for Spain, so there are no references to Hispanic America. However, the resource is editable. I would recommend printing this resource in A3, although it could also work on A4, but a lot smaller. On one side of the document students find all the notes and information they need to know about how the concept of family has changed throughout the years. There are five headings to go with this: La influencia de la Iglesia Católica en el concepto de familia tradicional. El declive de la tasa de natalidad y sus consecuencias. This is a lesson I have created to do with Year 7. We are using Viva 1 (Módulo 1 - Unidad 3). The booklet about Acto III - Cuadro I includes a summary of the scene and the most important symbols that appear on it, as well as three questions about it. This is a vocab sheet for Module 1 (Viva 1 - textbook) and a few revision worksheets. This resource contains the following: Page 1 >> crossword on animals and pets. Page 2 >> an activity to translate a few personality traits and then find them in a word search. There is also an activity on numbers (fill in missing letters) and an extension on numbers too (complete a sequence of numbers in Spanish. Page 3 >> Students translate months of the year and days of the week. Page 4 >> Translation: students complete a table and have to translate Spanish to English or viceversa. It contains words and short sentences. This is the ultimate Spanish Christmas Quiz. It has 10 rounds with all different tasks for students to complete. *Please be aware that not all tasks are Christmas related, but all are Spanish related. Students can complete this in a similar way to a Escape Room. I give them the first task and until they have completed it correctly they won’t get the next one. I also do not let them use tablets or Internet access except for tasks 18, 19 and 20. For the rest of them they can use a dictionary. I really hope you and your students enjoy this quiz that I made with lots of love :)

This is a lesson that I have created to teach my students about the LGBTQI+ movement and how it started. It also teaches them about how the LGBTQ rights evolved from zero to what they are today, given that during the Franco dictatorship they were prosecuted and sometimes even killed. In this lesson I am focussing on the migration wave that took place in May 2021, where more than 6000 immigrants arrived in Spanish borders after the Moroccan government decided to relax their border control. We are going to look at the reasons why this wave happened as well as look into the event itself and what it involved for the Security forces in Spain.
