This resource can be used for students studying Film or Media Studies. This is a 2 page resource that encourages students to think about the advantages and disadvantages of film poster advertisement placement (on bus stops, in magazines etc.) There is a table for students to complete. This resource can be used as an extension task to stretch and challenge students when studying film marketing.

I use this ICT/Computing resource as an extension task during ICT sessions. This is an Excel Spreadsheet task, where students are asked to research the costings for an ICT computer system. This resource can support budgeting skills for SEN students doing ICT courses. This resource could also be used as a substitute teacher resource.

I use this resource for students completing the EDSQ Essential Digital Skills Qualification. ICT/IT tutors or learning support assistants can write a witness statement to provide evidence for students portfolios, when students have demonstrated practical ICT/IT skills for their EDSQ course.

This goal is then reviewed again half way through the year and again at the end of the year to measure progress and achievement. (See accompanying EHCP goal review sheet.)

The Year Plan can be put at the front of each students’ folder and the student can see where they’re up to too, ideal for SEN students who like to know what’s coming next! This Year Plan is for the academic year 2023-2024 and based on the Bristol City Council academic term dates.

This is a 7 page task booklet to teach the EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills Qualification) Unit 1 - Using Devices - Hardware and Software. Includes sections where students can demonstrate the usage of hardware and software. Perfect for Entry Level 3 and Level 1 students, including SEN students. There is also an 18 slide PowerPoint presentation to go with it, that is a full teaching PowerPoint, with learning outcomes, gauging prior knowledge, teaching slides, keywords, 2 extension tasks and a recap of learning.
