Series of lesson on all questions for Language Paper 2 (AQA) on the topic of protests

Small series of lessons based on introducing Language Paper 2 Section A. Students who were in the class were a mix of LPA, SEN and EAL.

Full scheme of work to accompany reading The Hunger Games Aimed at KS3 was used as part English lessons and part literacy lessons in order to promote reading for pleasure Can easily be adapted 29 lessons, all needed worksheets included and SOW notes as a guide Each lesson has page numbers (used Scholastic:2021 edition), recap questions, retrieval questions and plenary. Files uploaded as x3 zip folder due to number of lessons. Split into the three parts of the novel.

Two lessons incldued. One exploring the poem ‘My Boy Jack’ by Kipling. The second lesson is a writing lesson based on the BBC drama on the poem. Youtube video used. Aimed at year 9
