How are we different? How do we change?

(0)
This resource is about how we are all different and how we change. The resource starts off asking children to look at the similarities and differences between two cartoon characters and to look at themselves and a friend. Later, they survey the class to find out about differences such as looks, interests and tastes in food. Finally, the children start to look at how we change as we grow older and how they think they might be different when they get older. There is also some discussion of emotions and how we feel.

Provide children with pegs to clip on to the correct starting sound or alternatively provide children with a dry wipe marker to circle the correct starting sound. Using clip cards can help your child with their fine motor skills as well as reinforcing understanding of phonics sounds.
