This resource is designed to consolidate pupil’s understanding of how to hear, read, and say rhyming words. It also has a bonus challenge for children to apply their knowledge of colour mixing! Pupils can then choose a colour for each snail and match it to their puddles. There is also a bonus colouring challenge for children to apply their knowledge of colour mixing by choosing two colours (one for each slime puddle) and colouring the snail the colour it makes (e.g., one puddle would be yellow, one would be blue, so the snail would be green). Can be used as an independent task or as part of a rotation Children can draw a line to match OR use colour (or both!) Resource available in locked .pdf format and as editable word document Thank you for downloading my resource - I hope your pupils enjoy using it!
