We worked together with a lot of discussion for the picture sheet. The next Guided reading lesson we did the comprehension task with the short text and then finished off any missing questions. After this the children were independent with their Picture Guided Reading. Using the 'Green for Growth' marking system, the children in my year 3 class chose their own level of challenge to edit and improve these pieces of writing.
