I am a full-time teacher, Deputy Head of Department and KS4 Coordinator teaching all year groups from 7-13. My aim as a teacher is to create resources which: - are high impact and low workload; - are student-and teacher-friendly; - are informed by brain-based learning; - are tried and tested. My aim as a leader is to create resources which: - are practical and user friendly; - fulfill multiple purposes (class teachers, internal/external inspections...).
