Year 2 planning for the number and place value and addition and subtraction units following the White Rose Hub scheme of work. I also used the twinkl assessments for pre and post assessment last year however would recommend the Good Stuff primary pre and post assessment tests instead to give a clearer picture of progression throughout the unit.
I made a booklet to help the children plan a trip to the beach but it can be changed to fit other trips. The children need to collect data about things that the class could do on the trip and record it in a tally chart and block graph.
These no prep maths mazes are a great way for your students to practice their multiplication facts from 2-12. There are 33 different mazes included available in black and white or colour. Each multiplication has 3 levels of maze and an answer key for each.
Maze 1 easy - the numbers are in order
Maze 2 medium - the numbers are out of order
Maze 3 hard - multiples of the number
I have also included a create your own template which is available as a pdf ready to print or in word for you to edit. You could use this for early finishers to create their own maze or set your own maze with a particular multiplication focus.

Roman Numeral 1 - 100 Rainbow Flash Cards
In this product there are flash cards for the Roman Numerals 1 - 100. There are 10 different colours with 10 cards in each colour set. Red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, pink, purple and black.
You could display these in the classroom, put them on a ring for students to practise or use them within a game.
