This booklet can be used for both evidence gathering to support the year 2 TAF statements and also SATS practise. The booklet: Each double page spread of the booklet includes 2 questions from the “working towards” statements, 9 questions from the “working at” statements and 1 question from the “greater depth” statements. The booklet includes SATs style questions and can be used to practise the skill of switching between operations/ topics whilst similtaneously gathering evidence. At the back of the booklet there are also extension tasks and speed challenges for those that finish their work early. A teacher answer booklet is also included for ease/ speed of marking. The slides There are 6 weeks of slides included (assuming that one lesson per week will be set aside to recap all the taught areas and complete one double page of the booklet). A booklet for year 2 children to practice all their maths skills. It can be used in preparation for SATs or as a means to gather evidence for end of year judgements. Topics include: Number bonds Partitioning Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division Word Problems Time Fractions Shape Money Reading Scales Each double page spread of the booklet provides evidence for all of the “working at” (2S) Teacher Assessment Framework (TAF) statements.
