I am a food teacher with a degree in Food and Nutrition and a Masters in Nutritional Science. I spend a great deal of time producing a range of resources mainly focusing on the topics surrounding FPN but also some resources for Hospitality and Catering. A whole workbook based around the FPN specification, I use this each year for revision and exam preparation for my year 11 classes. I also have powerpoints that relate to each section available. This has been work in progress for the past three years, so a great deal of time and effort has gone into this which is reflected in the price.

A 7 week bake off club. We have started running a bake off club, currently based on simple cake recipes, for KS3. These are a fun range of ideas which the students have responded to with great enthusiasm. The final week encourages them to generate their own ideas and allows their creativity to flow!
