This resource contains little 5 minute activities for students to do as part of their Chemistry revision. A suggested way to use the resource is to ask students to complete the activity and then colour code the task red, amber, green based on their confidence. When marking students work, use generic codes to save you writing out the same sentences every time. Simply write the letter of the code next to the place you want to give the feedback. Give each student a copy of the codes to stick in the front of their exercise book so they can refer back to them every time they are used. Add your own, subject specific, codes to the list.

Have these ready-made reflection resources ready to use after any assessment, homework task or any task you wish the students to reflect on. At the start of the term, print off multiple copies of each resource and have them ready in your classroom so they can be used at any point.

Closing the Loop and Reflection lessons can be really difficult to plan and even more difficult to deliver well.
